RESOLUTION NO. 2026-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 2026-2027 AND REAPPROPRIATING UNSPENT
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget
for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Year 2026 and 2027, the City Council carefully examined,
considered and adopted the same on June 2, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator proposes amending the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget
to reappropriate $17,462.89 in unspent Economic Development Program Expenses (1001570-
52610) from Fiscal Year 2026 to Fiscal Year 2027 in the same account; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and considered the same and is
satisfied with said budget amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED it is hereby ordered that said proposed
budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2027 is approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2026 by the following roll call vote:
