Project Engineer, and Contractor. All copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to
The City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Contractor's copy will be returned
to him as his authority to proceed with the work.

Change Order. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this Change Order.
By signing this Change Order, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the adjustments tocost and time contained herein
are in full satisfaction and accord, and are accepted as payment in full, for any and all costs and expenses associated with this
Change Order, (the "Extra Work"), including but not limited to labor, materials, overhead and profit, delay, disruption, loss
of efficiency and any and all other direct and/or indirect costs or expenses associated with the Extra Work and hereby waives
any right to claim any further cost and time impacts at any time during and after completion of the Contract associated with
the Extra Work.

Hanna Brunetti dated 05/06/2011 delta 11.

3. Grading for new concrete flatwork.

Could use your help in trying to pick up costs for the pavers at the Courtyard in the Base
Bid.
1. Our original bid dated 6-2-10 was for $96)480 (6)761 sf of pavers) based on Addendums 1
thru 3.
a. This price included the pavers at the Courtyard
2. We were made aware of Delta 4 (change to Pacific Interlock paver) and revised our price
on 6-29-10 to $86)832 with VE deduct to exclude the base prep.
a. This price also included the pavers at the Courtyard
3. Sometime in late Oct 2010) during negotiations for the original "Gilroy Public Library
Ph 2" we were sent A-drawings thru Delta 7 and asked by Devcon to confirm our pricing
to Devcon for what was being called the Delta 7 area and to price out the Delta 6 area
to Duran & Venables (as Devcon may want us to sub under them).
a. At this point drawing A2.201A dtd 9-3-10 was issued to us for pricing as
requested.
b. This drawing had revisions noted on the plan as "Delta 6-Added site scope" which
we priced out to Michael Stogner with D & V
i. $88)147 (with VE deduct for base prep by others) based on 6)557 sf
c. This same drawing had revision noted on the plan as "Delta 7-Revised library
parking" which we reviewed and found that there were increases to the scope at
the North parking area and what we assumed was the elimination of pavers at the
Courtyard as no indication of pavers was shown) yet all other areas inside and
outside of the limit line were shown. Our overall review of the "Delta 7" area
was approximately the same in square footage as our original bid of 6)761 sf and
we sent an updated proposal to Andre Lumsey on 11-10-10 maintaining the pricing
of $86)832 for the Delta 4 paver change.
I am asking for your review and possible help in trying to understand why the pavers at the
courtyard which were shown on drawing A2.201 dated 3-26-10 (permit set) was never again
issued showing the pavers at the courtyard. We simply thought they were taken out when the
Delta 6 & 7 plan revisions came out.
