BILL OF SALE
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California
corporation, hereinafter called "Pacific", for and in con-
sideration of value adequate therefer paid by the CITY OF
GILROY, a municipal corporation, situate in the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, hereinafter called "City",
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell,
grant and convey to City, its successors and assigns, all
of Pacific's right, title and interest in and to the elec-
tric street lighting facilities located within the boun-
daries of City along Monterey Street and U. S. Highway No.
101, more particularly described in the list marked
Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
