All copies forwarded to Consultant for signature shall be returned to the City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Consultant's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work. Preparation of three (2) project grant applications for the federally funded OBAG program. These projects are the 1) Downtown Paseos, and 2) Guaranteed Portion of OBAG - resurfacing Eigleberry Street between 1St St and 10th St. - See attached scope of work and fee. All requirements of the original Agreement Documents shall apply to the above work except as specifically modified by this Amendment. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this Amendment. Drake - Haglan & Associates, Inc. hereby agrees to make the above changes subject to the terms of this Amendment for ongoing acquisition /relocation services. Available design information 2. Prior Grant Applications submitted by the City 3. Available quantities and cost estimates performed to date 4. Any other pertinent information deemed necessary to submit the Grant application DHA will coordinate the work with City Staff, VTA, and other stakeholders as deemed necessary for the successful submittal of the Grant Applications. DHA will prepare the Grant application according to the agency's requirements. DHA will advise the City of the Minimum Grant Application Requirements, General Provisions, and the Administration Process set forth by the VTA. DHA will then fill out the Grant Application and the Project Description including technical write -up, design and construction costs, exhibits, and other pertinent information.
