Contract Date: 7/16/2007 This order shall become effective when it has been signed by the City Administrator, City Engineer, Project Engineer, and Contractor. All copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to The City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Contractor's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work. Description of Work This Change Order provides for the following: Construct additional drainage inlet on north side of Sixth Street west of Maple Street. Modify catch basin at northwest comer of Sixth Street and Railroad Street. Revise forms for raised curb at northeast comer of Sixth Street and Railroad Street. Remove and replace sidewalk at southwest comer of Sixth Street and Chestnut Street. Construct temporary AC walkways at northwest and southwest comers of Sixth Street and Railroad Street. Overhead compensation due to deleted contract bid items 9, 10, 75, 76 and 77. Remove buried concrete in conflict with conduit boring operation. All requirements of the original Contract Documents shall apply to the above work except as specifically modified by this Change Order. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this Change Order.
