Project Engineer, and Contractor. All copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to
The City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Cop.tractor's copy will be returned
to him as his authority to proceed with the work
Description of Work
Install PG&E service conduits at Longmeadow Drive, Mantelli Drive and Welbum Avenue for the agreed lump sum
amount of$10,681.00 per attached Change Order Request No. 93.
This Change Order also eliminates the following Bid Item:
