This order shall become effective when it has been signed by the City Administrator, City Engineer,
Project Engineer, and Contractor. All copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to
The City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Contractor's copy will be returned
to him as his authority to proceed with the work.
Description of Work
Uvas Phase n - Trail
Ten ft addition to retaining wall west end per city field direction
Addition footing excavation, re-set form and rehar at east end
per city directive
Additional footing excavation at west end, mobilization and haulage
for additions to retaining wall at west and east ends
Collapsible bollards (4) at Miller crossinb, (2) at Luchessa Crossing
per city directive
Additional concrete split rail f 8 ft. not installed as per plan
Additional striping and signag 1 ea not installed as per plan
