Covers the following equipment and services:
• Full service agreement on the Oce TCS500 color printer /copier /scanner system
• 20 & 241b Inkjet media, Ink cartridges, Print heads, and Cleaning Kits - Consumables
All delivery charges on consumables
• All Service Parts, Labor, Travel, Software Upgrades and Equipment Maintenance
• Hardware and Software support including printing technical support
• 30 -day cancellation policy any time during the term of agreement
Facilities Management Price: $0.20 FT2

PRINT SOLUTIONS
Charges will be billed monthly and based on the number of square feet generated on the equipment described above.
Price is based on a 12 -month agreement with no monthly minimum requirements. During the term of this agreement, City of
Gilroy reserves the right to cancel this agreement anytime without penalty by providing a 30 -day written notice to San Jose
Blue.
Service and quality issues will be discussed quarterly between City of Gilroy and San Jose Blue. Vellum, Mylar, Glossy, and
other specialty medias are not included but can be purchased from San Jose Blue at discounted prices.
Key Operator:
The Key Operator is the designated person in your office that will be trained by San Jose Blue for basic machine operations.
