AMENDMENT #3 TO CJIC AGREEMENT
Pursuant to Section 2 of our CJIC Agreement, we are writing to inform you
that the monthly connection charges per TN3270 for fiscal year 2012,
fiscal year 2013 and fiscal year 2014 and fiscal year 2015 will change. As
of July 1,2011, July 1,2012, July 1, 2013 and July 1,2014, the TN3270
charges will increase to $19.24 (FY12), $20.21 (FY13), $21.23 (FY14) and
$22.29 (FY15).
This Amendment #3 is made pursuant to Section 2 and Section 14 of our
CJIC Agreement. All other term? and conditions of our CJIC Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.
Please sign and date on the line below to indicate your approval of this
Amendment, and return the original to me at your earliest convenience.
We will sign 'on behalf of the County and return a copy to you for your
records. If you need original signatures, please print two copies, sign both
copies, return both copies to us, and we will return one original to you for
your records.
