SUBJECT: RIGHT OF ENTRY ON PARCELS 4875-1, 2, 7 AND 12
Here is a Right of Entry for the Kentwood, Stel ling, Munson
and Fi I ice properties that the County now owns as part of
the Uvas Creek Park Chain. I hope this wi I I be adequate for
you to go ahead with your immediate plans.
Hopefully, I wi I I have some sort of possession of the
Benassi property very shortly. You know the status of the
Howson parcel, but I expect something positive to happen
soon.

RIGHT OF ENTRY
The County of Santa Clara, "County," hereby grants to the City of
Gilroy, "City," the right to enter upon all that certain real
property described in Exhibit "A," attached, for the purpose of
maintaining, developing, patrol I ing and using said lands for public
park purposes.
This Right of Entry is given on the expressed condition that "City"
hold the "County," its officers and employees harmless from any
claims or liabi lities, arising from acts or omissions, injuries,
deaths or property damage arising from "City's" use of said property
granted by this Right of Entry.
