Motion by C. E. Fredrickson, seconded by Gerald Hecker that
Resolution on canvass of votes cast at the Municipal Election on
May 7th, 1928, be passed and adopted as rollows:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Gouncil or the Oity or Gilroy
have canvassed the vote east at the Xunicipal Election held in the

City or Gilroy, on the seventh day of may, 1928,
NOW, THEREFORE, as a result of said canvass the Mayor and
Common Council rind that for the following named
