ed and said balance in the fund is no longer required f'or the
purpose 1'01' which it was voted, now, therefore, be it

Sixty-one and 42/100 <* 17,GG1.42) Dollars, now in the Sewage
Disposal Improvement Fund of' 1927, be and tho same is hereby 01'-
dored transferred. to the General Fund of the City of Gilroy.

bro; Absent Councilmen Clark, Hollister.
