RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING GRANTING OF USE PERMIT TO USE PREMISES AT 118
NORTH RAILROAD STREET FOR AN AUTOMOBILE REPAIR SHOP.
WHEREAS, FRANK REINOSA has made application to the City
Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy for a use permit author-
izing him to use the premises known as 118 North Railroad Street,
Gilroy, California for the maintenance and operation of an automo-
bile repair shop; and,
WHEREAS the said Planning Commission has, after due notice
andproceeding had made its report to the Common Council reporting,
finding, and recommending that the said application be granted;
and,
WHEREA~, .;the said report is no" presented to and has been
duly cons!~ by the Common Council of the City of Gilroy, which
believes that the said report of the said Planning Commission should
be approved and said application granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said report of the
said Planning Commission upon the said application be adopted and
approved and that a use permit be issued to the said applicant
FRANK REINOSA, to use the said premises hereinbefore described
for the Maintenance and Operation of an Automobile Repair Shop.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS /(PtilDAy OF FEBRUARY, 1959, BY
THE FOLLOWING VOTE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY.
