RESOLUT ION NO. 498
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT COVERING PARK MEADOWS,
UNIT NO.. IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, certain agreement now presented to
the Common Council of the City of Gilroy by and between par-
ties of the first part therein, and the CITY OF GILROY, party
of the second part therein, relating to the approval of a
subdivision knoWD'as Park Headows, Unit No.2, and providing
for the construction, furnishing, and improvements in the
subdivision by the parties of the first part therein, dated
the 16th day of February, 1959, be and the same is hereby
approved, and that the Mayor of the City of Gilroy is author-
ized to execute said agreement on behalf of the said City of
Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1959, by
the following vote:
AYES COUNCILMEN: Pate, Rush, Petersen, vlentworth,
Gallo, Jordan
NOES COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
