RESOLUTION NO. ..2QQ...
OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
BE IT RESOLVED:
That Monday, the sixth day of April, 1959, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Common Council Chambers in the
Wheeler Municipal Auditorium, Sixth and Rosanna Streets, Gil-
roy, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing of the Petition of FILICE & PERRELLI
CANNING COMPANY, and the report of the City Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Gilroy thereon, to amend Zoning Ordinance
Number 422 of the City of Gilroy, so that the following des-
cribed premises now located in Zone "E" District shall be re-
classified and placed in Zone "D" District, to wit:
All of Lot 13 and the most Southerly 47034 feet of
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Las Animas sub lot No. 11 and
Las Animas Ranch Lot 39 in Rancho Las Animas.
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED THIS 23rd day of March, 1959, by the
following vote:
