RESOLUTION NO. '5"03
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
reported, found and recommended that Ordinance No. 422 of the City of
Gilroy, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be amended by rezoning
from Zone "B" District to Zone "C" District, the following described
premises, located in the City of Gilroy, to-wit:
All of Lots 5, and 6 in Block 2, North of Range 2, East and
all of Lot 4 in Block 1. North Range 2 East of the City of
Gilroy, as shown on the official map thereof and also all of
the area between the Westerly boundary line of said described
premises and the center line of Railroad Street, reference
being hereby had to the maps and General Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Gilroy, now on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Gilroy, and
Reference is hereby had to the map and general zoning ordinance
now on file in the office of City Clerk of said City of Gilroy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing will be had
before the Common Council of the City of Gilroy on Monday the 20th
day of April, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. of said day in the Common
Council room in the Wheeler Memorial Auditorium in the City of Gilroy,
when and where any person interested may protest and/or object to such
change.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1959.
