RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE.
Be it resolved that the City of Gilroy does hereby
accept that certain Deed, which is attached hereto, dated
the 15th day of May, 1959, executed by GILROY GRANGE # 398,
a corporation, to the CITY OF GILROY, and does consent to
its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1959, by
the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen Pate, Rush, Petersen, ~Jentworth, Jordan
NOES:
Councilmen None
ABSENT:
Counci lmen Gallo
