Rates For Industrial Sewer Service Char~es
RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY,
CALIFORNIA
That pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 606
the Common Council does hereby fix and establish the
following rates for Industrial Sewer Service charges.
1. Industrial User - Inside City
(a) Each Industrial User within the city limits
of Gilroy shall be allowed to discharge
within each calendar month an amount of
industrial waste not in excess of 20,000
cubic feet without charge.
(b) For all industrial waste discharged over
20,000 cubic feet the rate shall be 3t, - ~~
per 100 cubic feet.
2. Industrial User-Outside City
(a) For all industrial waste dischar~ed the
rate shall be 4!~ per 100 cubic feet.
