RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY" OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF GILROY TO EXECUTE A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN FENTON O.CONNELL AND THE CITY OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Gilroy
that the City of Gilroy enter into the lease or agreement now pre-
sented to it for action by the City Attorney of said city~ wherein
the said City is leasing from FENTON O.CONNELL, the right or privi-
lege of using a certain part of the latter.s premises located along
the Westerly side of Miller Avenue~ for a pistol practice ground or
range, for the City of Gilroy Police Department, for the annual rental
of One ($1.00) Dollar per year, and that the Mayor of the City of
Gilroy be and he is hereby authorized to execute said lease on behalf
of the said City of Gilroyo
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of Octoberz 1959, by the
following vote:
