RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROYc APPROVING
REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING ~~MMISSION RECOMMENDING THE GRANTING
OF A USE PERMIT TO JOHN A~ IpFF TO OPERATE THE PREMISES AT 141
SOUTH HANNA STREET, GILROYtCALIFORNIA AS A WHOLESALE NURSERY
UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONSo
JOHN Ao HUFF having heretofore filed with the City Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy, a petition asking for a use
permit authorizing him to use the premises at 141 South Hanna
Street in the City of Gilroy, for the operation of a Wholesale
Nursery thereono
The said City Planning Commission having duly heard the said
application and considered the same, then directed that the said
application should be granted and a permit issued for the use
upon the condition that the said property at 141 South Hanna
Street be so used in conducting the said wholesale nursery as
not to create any odor disturbing to the adjoining property owners
or any noises or activity that will be objectionable to neighboring
property owners or detrimental to property in the neighborhood, and
that so long as said conditions are observed: the permit may con-
tinue in forcep
And the said City Planning Commission having duly reported
to the Common Council of the City of Gilroy its decision, and
the matter coming on regularly to be heard before the Co~mon
Council for approval or disapproval1 am the said Common Council
having duly considered the said matter and determined that said
decision should be approved;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
that the said decision of the said City Planning Commission of
the City of Gilroy granting the said use permit and the condi-
tions upon which it is granted be and the same is hereby approvedo
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 19594' by the
following vote:
