P~SOLUTION NO. 80-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING STREET TREE FEES FOR THE DEVELOPHENT OF
PROPERTY AND CORRECTING TABLE II (d) OF RESOLUTION
NO. 80-58.
WHEREAS, a report of the Director of Parks and Recreation
indicates that street tree contract planting cost is currently
$64.75, and
vITIEREAS, the front foot costs of water mains are incorrectly
set forth in Resolution No. 80-58;
THE COUNCIL OF Tllli CITY OF GILROY DOES HEro~BY RESOLVE that
under the provisions of Section 2, Table I, (a) 10 and (b) 10 of
Resolution 80-58 a fee of $75.00 per tree is approved during the
current contract, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rates set forth in Section
8, Table II (d) of Resolution No. 76-41 for water mains shall be
amended to read:
(d) Water mains: per front foot cost
6" $7.50; 8" $9.50; 10" $12.50.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TfIE CITY OF GILROY
this 17th day of November, 1930, by the following vote:

PATE and GOODRICH
