RESOLUTION NO. 1835
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A PRE-DELINQUENT DIVERSION PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA.
WHEREASJ the City of Gilroy desires to participate in the Pre-Del in-
q~ent Diversion Project funded through a one-year grant to the County of Santa
Clara from the Office of Criminal Justice Planning;
NOW J THEREFORE BE I T RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby author i zed
to execute an Agreement with the County of Santa Clara in order for the City to
participate in the Pre-Delinquent Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1974, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: DeBELL, DUFFIN, HUGHAN, PATE, STOUT and
GOODRICH.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT:
COUNCIL MEMBER: SILVA
