RESOLUTION NO. 1654
RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO OBLIGATE TOPICS APPORTIONMENTS
FOR FISCAL YEARS 1971-1972 AND 1972-1973.
WHEREAS, the State Department of Publ ic Works has requested the
City of Gi lroy to provide a resolution of intent for the obligation of
the 1971-1972 and 1972-1973 fiscal year TOPICS apportionments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy intends
to obI igate the 1971-72 and 1972-73 fiscal year TOPICS fund allocations in
accordance with rules "la" and "lb" set forth in the State Department of
Publ ic Works letter, dated March 23, 1972.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Gilroy, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, on this 15th day of May, 1972, by
the following vote:

GOODRICH.
