RESOLUTION NO. 1535
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DESIGNATING THE CURB SPACE IN FRONT OF THE
GREYHOUND BUS STATION AT 7610 MONTEREY STREET A
TAXICAB STAND.
WHEREAS, Gilroy Cab Company has applied for designation
of the curb space in front of the Greyhound Bus Station as a
taxicab stand, and good cause appearing therefore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy hereby designates the curb space in front of the
Greyhound Bus Station at 7610 Monterey Street, Gilroy,
California, as a taxicab stand pursuant to Cit:y Code Section
23.6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1970, by the
following vote:
