RESOLUTION NO. 1425
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
EIGHTH STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 1969-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has received a proposal from Tony
Fazio to purchase bonds to be
issued to represent unpaid assessments to be levied in the proceedings
had under Resol~tion No. 1393 of Preliminary Determination and of
Intention adopted by this Council on October 6, 1969;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That upon the expiration of the cash payment period, said
bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to Tony
Fazio , said sale to be subject to all
of the terms and conditions set forth in said accepted bid.
2. That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, directed
to have said bonds printed and that the same be signed, sealed and
delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above
stated, and upon the performance of the conditions stated in said
written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof
