RESOLUTION NO. 755
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
FINAL MAP OR PLAT OF WESTWOOD ACRES, UNIT NO. I, A SUBDIVISION
UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the owners of Westwood Acres, Unit No. I, a proposed
subdivision in the City of Gilroy have presented to the Council of
the City of Gilroy for approval a final map of said subdivision and
the said Council has examined the said map; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
heretofore approved the said final map of said subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the Council, after examining the said final map, has
determined to approve the same subject to the following conditions:
That the said owners of said subdivision execute an agreement
with the City of Gilroy providing for the furnishing, instal-
lation and construction of certain improvements as set forth
in the ordinances and resolutions of the City of Gilroy relating
to subdivisions and the payment of the offsite drainage fee and
other fees fixed by the ordinances and resolutions of the City
of Gilroy and the furnishing of a surety bond in a sum to be
fixed by the Council as security for the performance of the
agreements and conditions set forth in the aforementioned agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that upon the execution of the
foregoing agreement, the payment of all sums required to be paid to
the City of Gilroy as set forth in the agreement and the furnishing
of said bond that the said final map of said subdivision as presented
shall stand approved and that the proper officials of the City of
Gilroy are authorized to execute any writings or certificates as e
evidence of the Councils approval of said Map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1963, by the
following vote:
