RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FROM BONANZA,
INC., OF A STRIP OF LAND 26 FEET 'HDE LYING
ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF TENTH STREET IN THE
CITY OF GILIWY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
That said City accents the attached conveY8nce from
Bonanza, Inc. a cornoration conveying to the City of Gilroy 8
strip of land 26 feet wide lying along the South line of Tenth
Street for a distance of 125 feet nlus length of arc joining
on to Monterey Street, and does hereby consent to the recording
of said conveyance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of
1961, by the following vote:
