RESOLUTION NO~ 82-10
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF A CATV FRANCHISE FROM FALCON
COMMUNICATIONS, GRANTEE, TO FALCON CABLE TV OF
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, application has been made for the Council
to consent to the transfer of a CATV franchise in the City
of Gilroy, from the present owner, FALCON CO~ruNICATIONS, a
partnership composed of three corporations, BLACKHAWK
COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION, ADVANCE CORPORATION and FALPRO
CORPORATION, to FALCON CABLE TV OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, a
new partnership composed of the same partners, and
WHEREAS, evidence of the financial responsibility of
the owners of the proposed transferee has previously been
submitted, the transferee agrees that FALCON CABLE TV OF
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA will continue to comply fully with all
provisions of the CATV franchise, and good cause appearing
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that
the transfer of the existing CATV franchise of FALCON COMMUNICATIONS
to FALCON CABLE TV OF NORTHERN CA1.IFORNIA is hereby approved .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1982, by
the'fol10wing vote:

TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
