RESOLUTION NO. 82-96
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR A 10 LOT INDUSTRIAl
SUBDIVISION ON ~6 ACRES ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES
OF OBATA WAY
WHEREAS, application TM 82-1 has been made by
JERRY HOFF to the Planning Commission for approval of a
tentative map for a 10 lot industrial subdivision on
.56 acres on the east and west sides of Obata Way.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has approved an Environmental Impact Report under the
California Environmental Quality Act and has passed Resolution
No. 82-39 in which it recommends approval of the tentative
map subject to thirteen conditions. and
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the
application and has considered the Planning Commission recommen-
dation and the evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE; ,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
1. The Environmental Impact Report is certified as
having met all the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act.
2. The tentative map is approved subject to the thirteen
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its
Resolution No. 82-39.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1982. by the
following vote:

hereby certify that the attached Resolution No. 82-96 is an
