RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING THE CITY
OF GILROY DEFERRED CO~WENSATION PLAN AS REVISED.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy adopted a Deferred Compensation Plan
on November 3, 1980; and
w"HEREAS, Federal laws and local situations have changed which have
required a revision of tbe Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy Deferred
Compensation Plan be adopted. All existing resolutions which relate to
said plan are hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1985, by the follov;Ting
