RESOLUTION NO. 85-59
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING AN INTERIM COST SHARING
SCHEDULE FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE AMONG
THE USERS OF THE AGRICULTURAL SEWER SYSTEM.
After a noticed public hearing this date, and based upon
. evidence received at the hearing and the July 22, 1985 report
of the City Administrator on the Agricultural Sewer System, and
good cause appearing therefore,
The City Council finds that on an interim basis, the cost
of 1985-86 operation and maintenance of the system should be
shared by the agricultural industries according to their use of
the system based on year end usage calculations,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy
City Code section 19.28, the City Council does hereby establish
the following interim schedule for sharing among the users of the
Agricultural Sewer System, the cost of 1985-86 operation and
maintenance of the system installed by the city for their benefit:
The 1985-86 costs of operation and maintenance
shall be paid by the companies who use the
system based on actual year end use calculations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this interim charge schedule shall
be reviewed by the Council in 60 days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1985, be the
following vote:
