RESOLUTION NO. 86-9
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING ARTERIAL STOPS ON EIGLEBERRY STREET
AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH SEVENTH STREET, ON
EIGLEBERRY STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH SECOND
STREET, ON ROSANNA STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH SECOND STREET AND HANNA STREET AT ITS
INTERSECTION WITH SECOND STREET
Upon recommendation by the City Engineer of the City
of Gilroy, and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY that:
(1) Eigleberry Street shall be an arterial stop street
at its intersection with Seventh Street.
(2) Eigleberry Street shall be an arterial stop street
at its intersection with Second Street.
(3) Rosanna Street shall be an arterial stop street
at its intersection with Second Street, and
(4) Hanna Street shall be an arterial stop street
at its intersection with Second Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to maintain arterial stop signs stopping
north and south traffic as set forth at said intersections.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February 1986 by
the following vote:
