Home My WebLink AboutResolution 2007-76 ,"">,,, RESOLUTION NO. 2007-76 '-.".,; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING THE SALARY SCHEDULES FOR THE AFSCME SUPERVISORY UNIT EMPLOYEES FOR THE TIME PERIOD OF JULY 1,2007 THROGH JUNE 30, 2010 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gilroy does establish salaries for city employees by resolution; and WHEREAS, A Memorandum of Understanding currently has been negotiated between the City of Gilroy and the AFSCME Supervisory Unit with the following future salary increases: July 1, 2007 - 3% increase January 1, 2008 - 1 % increase July 1, 2008 - 2% increase January 1,2009 - 2% increase July 1, 2009 - 2% increase January 1, 2010 - 2% increase NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective for the time period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010 for the AFSCME Supervisory Unit personnel as set forth in the attached schedule consisting of six (6) pages, is hereby approved and established with the effective dates noted above.
