Thie special meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor Hayor George C. I',1ilias.
The Mayor' states that the purpose of the meeting is to
adopt a resolution granting a permit to The Santa ClaraCounty
Flood control and Water Conservation District, The County of

Santa Clara, The Corp_Iil~~IL of Engineers, U. S. Army, San
~Francisco District, permitting the U. 3. Army Engineer Corp~
hI3 I' u; to repair a levy and other work on the Llagas Creek on the
Sewer Farm property belonging to the City of Gilroy.
Resolution No. 463 is presented and read. Motion by Council-
mqn Rush~ second by Councilman Wentworth that Resolution No.
4b3 be aaopted.

order. )
There being no further business this Council meeting is
adjourned.
