unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest of
the Trustee in that part of the lands situated in

as follows, to-wit:
BEING a portion of Ranch Lot 48 as shol,m on Map No. 7 accompanying the final Report
of the Refereps in the Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the
Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara,
and being also a portion of Lot 7 of the rtf/1B.P of Henry Reeves Subdivision of Las
Animas Ranch Lot No. 4C)1f, l,.rhich map is filed for Record in Book nCIf of :t.faps at page
Santa Clara County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:

"BEGIW"ING at the northeasterly corner of that certain 0.414 acre tract
of land desc~ibed in the Deed from John Bracco to the State of California,
recorded September 27, 1950 in Book 2062 of Official Records at page 650,
Santa Clara County Records, in the southerly line of Luchessa Avenue, also
known as Dairy Lane, and ruming thence along the southerly line of Luchessa
Avenue S. 880 40' E. 361.75 feet to the intersection thereof with the
southwesterly line of the lands of the Southern Pacific Company (Raneh
Lot No. 68); thence along the southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific
Comnany S. 290 52' E. 21.59 feet to the southeasterly corner of Ranch Lot 48,
being also the northeasterly corner of Lot 7 as shown on said Reeves
Subdivision ~1B.p; thence continuing along the southwesterly line of the
Southern Pacific Com,..,any S. 300 111 43" E. 17.09 feet; thence parallel
with the soutnerly line of Luchessa Avenue N. 880 40' tv. 405.32 feet; thence
along a curve to the left with a radius of 35.21 feet, through a central
angle of 1090 201, for a distanee of 67.19 feet to a point in the easterly
line of the State IHghl,.ray, being also the easterly line of said 0.414 acre
parcel conveyed to the State of California above referred to; thence northerly
along the easterly line of the said State Highway a~d 0.414 acre parcel
