The land referred to herein is situated in the State
of California, County of Santa Clara, (and is described

PARCEL ONE:
BEING A PORTION of Las Animas Ranch Lot 30 as the same is
shown on Map No.7 accompanying the report of the Referees
in the partition suit of Henry Miller et al vs. Massey
Thomas et al in the Superior Court of the State of Calif-
ornia in and for the County of Santa Clara, and more part-
icularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 2" x 3" stake in the Southerly line of that
certain 2.476 acre tract of land deeded by Fred J. Arnberg,
et ux to Benjamin Thomas Arnberg by deed dated May 12, 1941
and recorded in Book 1041 Official Records, at page 87
distant thereon So. 890 51t W. 145 feet from the point of
intersection of the said Southerly line of said 2.476 acre
tract of land so conveyed to said Benjamin Thomas Arnberg
with the Westerly line of Kern Avenue, said point of inter-
section being So. 10 36' East 698 feet from the point of
intersection of the Southerly line of Lot 35 as shown on
that certain map entitled, "Map of the James A. Clayton
Subdivision of Las Animas Ranch Lot No. 31 and part of Ranch
Lot No. 30" recorded in Book "V" of Maps, at pages 1 and 2
in the office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, with
the Westerly line of Kern Avenue; thence from the said point
of beginning along the Southerly line of said 2.476 acres S.
890 51' W. 150.00 feet to a 2" x 3" stake; thence Southerly
and parallel to Kern Avenue S. 10 36' E. 240.00 feet to a
3/4" pipe; thence Easterly and parallel to the said Southerly
line N. 890 51' E. 150.00 feet to a 3/4" pipe; thence

so conveyed to said Benjamin Thomas Arnberg with the Westerly
line of Kern Avenue, said point of intersection being So. 10
36' East 698 feet from the point of intersection of the
Southerly line of Lot 35 as shown on that certain Map
entitled, "Map of the James A. Clayton Subdivision of Las
Animas Lot No. 31 and part of Ranch Lot No. 30" recorded in

restricting or regulating or prohibiting the occupancy, use or enjoyment of the land, or regulating the character,
dimensions or location of any improvement now or hereafter erected on the land, or prohibiting a separation in
ownership or a change in the dimensions or area of the land or any parcel of which the land is or was a part, whether
or not shown by the public records at Date of Policy, or the effect of any violation of any such law, ordinance or
governmental regulation, whether or not shown by the public records at Date of Policy.
8. Rights of eminent domain or governmental rights of police power unless notice of the exercise of such rights appears

9. Defects, liens, encumbrances, adverse claims, or other matters (a) whether or not shown by the public records at Date
