PARCEL TWO STORM DRAIN EASEMENT:
A fifteen foot wide easement for storm drainage purposes the
centerline of which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the common corner of Lot 1 and the
lands of the Santa Clara Valley Water District on the westerly
right of way of Murray Avenue (86 feet wide) as shown on the
parcel map recorded in Book 549 of Maps at page 7 above referred
to; thence along said right of way, S 22 20' E, 155 feet to the
northerly right of way of a proposed 70 foot wide new street;
thence along the northerly right of way of said new street, S 67
40' W, 487.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 22
20' W, 159 feet more or less to the lands of the Santa Clara
Valley Water District and the terminus. Said easement is shown
on Book 672 of Maps, pages 4 and 5, records of Santa Clara
County, California.
