Dear Mr. Pinheiro:
The Fair Political Practices Commission received your statement of economic interests.
It appears that your statement does not conform with the filing requirements of the Political
Reform Act in the following respects:
On Schedule A-2-Investments, Income and Assets of Business EntitieslTrusts,
Part 1, you reported an investment in Caravelle World Travel. If you or your
business entity(ies) received gross income (before expenses, losses, and taxes) of
$250 or more, you must report the amount(s) on Part 2 of this schedule. In
addition, if the business entity(ies) received income and/or loans from a single
source in which your pro rata share was $10,000 or more, you must report the
name(s) of each source on Part 3 of this schedule.
On Schedule B-Interests in Real Property, you reported a loan(s) from A vca
Financial Services. However, because you used an outdated Form 700, you did
not report the term of the loan(s). The term of a loan is the number of months or
years given for repayment of the loan (e.g., a five-year automobile loan).
On Schedule D-Income-Loans, you reported a loan(s) from Emilio Auto Sales
and Farmers Insurance Credit Union. However, because you used an outdated
Form 700, you did not report the terms of the loan(s).
