This order shall become effective when it has been signed by the City Administrator, City Engineer,
Project Engineer, and Contractor. All copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to
The City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Contractor's copy will be returned
to him as his authority to proceed with the work.
Description of Work
This balancing change order will bring the project "Balance to Finish" to a zero amount.
Line Item 24 Concrete wheel stops, 1 each at $300.00
Line Item 56 2" PVC, 10 LF at $6.00
Line Item 69 Concrete wheel stops, 1 each at $300.00
Line Item 70 Install City Provided Bench, 1 at $500.00
Line Item 80 Park Directional Signage, 1 at $500.00
