To contract for: Christmas Hill Park Improvement

Contract Date:
This order shall become effective when the City Administrator, City Engineer, Project Engineer, and Contractor have signed it. All
copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to the City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City,
the Contractor's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
SANTA/TERESA/ MILLER TANK
Provide all materials and labor to:
1.) Shape backfill around new tank on three sides to achieve earthy/natural appearance.................... .NTE.. .$8,000.00
2.) Create new access roadway for new tank around North side of existing steel tank,then back
South to Northwest comer of new tank and attach new roadway to new turn-around area. Roadway
to be 12 feet wide............................................................................................... ...NTE.. .$10,000.00
*** First 300 feet of access roadway to be smoothed and covered w/ new class 2 AB, 4 inch thick.
Last 200 feet to be cut and compacted and covered w/new class 2 AB, 6 inch thick.
At existing concrete v-ditch, remove approximately 20 feet of existing concrete and replace with
new 24 inch or larger CMP.(culvert).
New work has been approved by the City of Gilroy and shall begin on or before March 24,2003.
