This order shall become effective when the City Administrator, City Engineer, Project Engineer, and Contractor have signed it. All
copies forwarded to Contractor for signature shall be returned to the City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City,
the Contractor's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS TO ACCOMPLISH ACQUISITION AND INST ALLA TION OF THE FOLLOWING;
1). Additional cost for complete sports pole and light assembly for purchase and installation at Gavilan sports park $1,650.00
2), Additional fee for corrugated metal Eil?~ ,~l~eves for installation as required by geotechnical engineer for light
pole footings Mt!-H1' ~ mtlt1tt;t. $1,125.00
3). Additional purchase and installation ofPMR receiver at CHP amphitheater area for irrigation controller................. ..$1,900.00
