PROJECT TITLE: Lions Creek Parkway Trail Project
THIS AMENDMENT is hereby made and agreed upon by the State of California, acting through the Resources Agency,
and by City of Gilrov pursuant to the above-identified program. The State and
the Grantee, in mutual consideration of the promises made herein and in the agreement in which this is an amendment,
agree to the following:
Extend CEQA compliance date to Februarv 1. 2010.
Extend project performance period end date from May 1, 2009 to Mav 1. 2011.
In all other respects, the agreement of which this is an amendment, and the terms and conditions if relevant thereto shall
remain in full force and effect. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this amendment as of the date entered
below.
