Book 3839 of Official Records, page 722, executed by Luigi Rossi and
Gabriele Rossi, his wife, as Trustor, to Continental Auxiliary Company,
a California corporation, as Trustee and Bank of America National
Trust and Savings Association, a national banking association, as
Beneficiar to secure payment of $14,600.00 and other sums as therein
provided. Also covers other property)

Record of Survey was filed for record in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on January 5, 1970
in Book 263 of Maps, at page 14.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southwesterly 25.80 feet, measured at
right angles to the line dividing Parcels A and B and Parcels C and D,
as shown upon the above mentioned Map of Record of Survey, the
