THE CONSTRUCTION SEVICES AGREEMENT
FOR THE
CHRISTOPHER HIGH SCHOOL AQUATIC CENTER AND GILROY SENIOR
CENTER SHADE STRUCTURE PROJECT
This document constitutes the First Amendment to the Construction Services Agreement
entered into as of the 25`h day of August, 2015 by and between the City of Gilroy hereinafter called
"CITY" and Premier Builders Inc., hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR ". (See Exhibit A)
RECITALS
This First Amendment is entered into with reference to the following facts and
circumstances:
A. CITY desires to amend the provisions of the Construction Services Agreement to make the
obligations and duties of each party under the Agreement more clear.
B. CONTRACTOR is desirous of these changes as well.
Based upon the foregoing Recitals the CITY and CONTRACTOR agree to the following
terms I 11, below:
1. Specifications (Modifications To General Conditions), Paragraph 00810 - 2.0 (Time Allowed
For Completion), shall be amended to read as follows:
In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 00700 -6.2, Time of Completion, substantial
completion of this project shall be completed within One Hundred Three (103) Calendar
days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed.
IL All other terms and conditions of the Construction Services Agreement, Exhibit A, shall
remain in force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this First Amendment to be executed on
the date first above written by their respective officers duly authorized in that behalf.
