FOR SAN YSIDRO PARK PATHWAY & LIGHTING PROJECT, PO No. 160543 DATED 12/21/2015 AMENDMENT NO. 1 This Amendment shall become effective when it has been signed by the City Administrator, Project Manager, and Consultant. All copies foiwarded to Consultant for signature shall be returned to the City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Consultant's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work This amendment is to cover the additional costs incurred by the consultant clue to the city reducing the scope of the work to fit the available budget. As a result of the scope reduction, the plans and specs had to be modified to remove the work items no longer in the project, as well as additional coordination and work to re -scope the work and recalculate the engineer's estimate. All requirements of the original Agreement Documents shall apply to the above work except as specifically modified by this Amendment. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this Amendment. Quincy Engineering, Inc. hereby agrees to perform the above work in an amount not to exceed $3,840 subject to the terms of this Amendment for project scope reduction and coordination.
