Council Goats and Action Agenda Consistency The recommended action is consistent with the Council goal to Upwade Cdr Infrastructure And Facilities. Background ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance Services. Inc. was selected through a request for proposals process and awarded a three -year contract by Council on May 21, 2012 ValleyCrest provides parks and ape maintenance for approximately 23 sound walls, medians, and islands, 8 dfy buildings with moped areas, 14 parks, 11 downtown landscaped areas, and 16 water facility sites. The city has made use of landscape maintenance services over about the last thirteens years, adding additional services to the contract as the city has grown and constructed additional parks, trails, or other facTrties that may require landscape maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, sweeping, weed control, fiber pick up, general maintenance.
