AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES
This Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Agreement for Legal Services is an
amendment to that certain Amended and Restated Agreement for Legal Services, as amended
(the "Agreement ") effective July 1, 1999, between the City of Gilroy, a Charter City of the State
of California ( "CITY "), and Berliner Cohen, LLP ("BU).
In consideration of the continuation of the contractual arrangement between the parties
and of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein, the parties agree as follows;
1. The second sentence of paragraph 1 of the Agreement reads as follows: "CITY
and BC agree that Linda A. Callon, a Partner in BC, is hereby named City
Attorney /Redevelopment counsel for City." Said sentence is hereby amended to read as follows:
"CITY and BC agree that Andrew L. Faber, a Partner in BC, is hereby named City Attorney for
City."
2. In case of any conflict between this Second Amendment and the Agreement, the
terms of this Second Amendment shall control. In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect, unmodified.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment on the day
and year set forth below:
