FOR CITY -WIDE PARK SECURITY PATROL SERVICES (FISCAL YEARS 18 & 19) DATED 10/31/2015 AMENDMENT No. 1 This Amendment shall become effective when it has been signed by the City Administrator, Project Manager, and Consultant. All copies forwarded to Consultant for signature shall be returned to the City of Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Consultant's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work. The amendment extends the existing agreement for City -wide Park Security Patrol services for a period of 2 years in the not to exceed amount of $70,224 per fiscal year as per the approved Parks operating budget for FY 18 and FY 19 in account 100- 2420 - 00004215. Section H of Exhibit A of the original agreement, the notification names are hereby changed as follows: City: Bill Headley, Parks & Landscape Services Supervisor Contractor: Ben Davis, Branch Manager This Amendment extends the term of the Agreement for Services between the City of Gilroy and FIRST SECURITY SERVICES & PATROL, INC. to June 30, 2019. All requirements of the original Agreement Documents shall apply to the above work except as specifically modified by this Amendment. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this Amendment. FIRST SECURITY SERVICES & PATROL, INC. hereby agrees to perform the above work subject to the terms of this Amendment for park security patrol services.
