You are not authorized to commence work until you have been notified by the Authority's designated Contract Manager to begin work. The Contract Manager is not authorized to approve payment for any work or services performed prior to contract execution. In addition, the Contract Manager is not authorized to change the terms of the contract without an executed amendment. The Authority looks forward to continuing working with you.
