4. The parties mutually agree to this amendment as follows. All actions noted below are by this reference made a part of the Agreement and
Incorporated herein:
1. STD. 213, Section 2 is amended to extend the term and shall read as follows:
"The term of this Agreement Is July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2021"
2. Exhibit A - Scope of Work, Section B. Introduction, Paragraph 3, is replaced in its entirety as follows:

3. Exhibit A, Scope of Work- Phase It - Development of Station Area Plan, Task A through H Schedules are extended through the term of this
Agreement.
4. Exhibit B - Budget Detail and Payment Provisions, Section 3. Retention Is deleted in its entirety.
5, Exhibit B - Budget Detail and Payment Provisions, Section 4. Travel and Per Diem Rates, Subsection A is replaced in its entirety as follows:
A. The Contractor shall be reimbursed for travel and per diem expenses using the same rates provided to non -represented state employees. The
Contractor must pay for travel in excess of these rates. The Contractor may obtain current rates at the following website at:

6. Exhibit C - General Terms and Conditions for Interagency Agreements is replaced in its entirety and is attached.
